In 1995, having completed a PhD, my career began at the prestigious Garvan Institute of Medical Research, in Sydney, Australia. After 10 years of academia, I returned to study, obtained a master’s degree in nutrition, and in 2004, opened my first nutrition clinic.
Over the next 14 years, I helped thousands of people with weight and chronic health issues and I developed expertise in gastro-intestinal health, pregnancy and sports performance. I became interested in longevity and the profound role that nutrition and lifestyle plays on disease prevention and healthy aging. I undertook more study and became Board certified in regenerative and anti-aging medicine.
In 2018, I relocated to Singapore, joining Dr Ram Nath and his team, with the passion and goal to help people live healthier and longer lives.
